BREW RATIO1:16 < 1 gram of coffee for every 16ml of water >
BREW TIME3-4 minutes
1 Boil Water to 195 – 205 degrees and let rest for half a minute.
2 Measure your coffee grinds by weight.
3 Grind fresh beans to a granular size between table salt and fine sand.
4 Pour boiled water into the filter wetting the filter and warming dripper and mug. Empty the water from the mug.
5 Place your mug with the dripper on top on your scale.Place ground coffee into your dripper. Tare the scale back to zero.
6 Pour hot water slowly over the coffee just until they are all wet.
Let rest for 30 – 45 seconds.
7 Pour water again slowly, allowing the coffee to bloom.
8 Continue pouring, gently and consistently until your scale reads the volume of coffee you are making.
