Here's To 2018


It's 2018 and it was ten years ago that Rachel and I agreed that I would leave my job as a courier, pick up and move the family to Hamilton, and start roasting coffee for the independent cafes and restaurants.  How hard can it be?

Well, 10 years later I can definitely say that it has been a terrifying and exhilarating rollercoaster of a time.  There has been times when things were really tight and stressful but we persevered.  Why?  Because we love what we do and who we do it for.  We have met a lot of amazing people doing incredible things.  We are touched by the number of people who include RELAY in their day and every day.  We could not be where we are today without you all.

This year we are going to push RELAY even further.  We are excited about what we are planning on releasing.  We are launching a new e-Newsletter titled "Bright Notes" that you can subscribe to or read it on our blog page.  It will be where you first hear about new blends and new origins, you'll get brew tips and first crack at new merch.
